A successful CSC Day starts with planning and preparation. OURS has prepared resource guides for presenters, project advisors, and department schedules to outline the steps to take to register, schedule, and prepare for your presentations. Please review our general FAQs for information about how CSC Day 2024 will operate. 

• CSC Day Room Reservations Open on January 29.
  • Department schedulers book rooms through our CSB or SJU room request form. 
• CSC Day Registration opens February 26.
  • Students develop abstracts and submit presentation information via our online portal.
• Registration closes April 5.
  • Project advisors must approve student abstracts by April 10.
  • Departments must schedule their students’ presentations by April 12.
• CSC Day Schedule is Available by April 18.
