We are excited to congratulate senior accounting major Ethan Berndt on winning the award for 2022-2023 Saint John’s University Student Employee of the Year!

 Ethan helps our department with a variety of initiatives. He serves at recruiting events, admissions events, and advising events. He does a great job in encouraging and helping students without simply giving them answers to problems. When students thank him, he says, “That’s what I’m here for.”

 His leadership role in the Department of Accounting and Finance has greatly assisted our professors, his fellow TAs, our department, and most importantly, our students.

 In his sophomore year, Ethan interviewed with seven major CPA firms, including all of the Big 4, and received seven offers. After graduation, Ethan will begin working as an International Tax Consultant for Deloitte.
