Studio One

"Art is the life current of the community. It is a source of pleasure and pride for us; it unites us with our human prodecessors and successors. Art is no luxury; it is a vital human activity."

- Clare Rossini, founder

Founded in 1976, Studio One is the literary and visual arts journal published each spring by the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University. The journal--from submissions collection and editing to design and distribution--is run entirely by undergraduate students.

Studio One publishes poetry, prose, and artwork from around the world as well our campus community. We only accept original and previously unpublished work.

If interested in submitting, please review our Submission Guidelines.
