To ensure all data requests are as accurate and complete, please consider completing the appropriate online data request form:

• Student Data Request - designed for reports seeking information on specific students or group data relating to students
• Graduation List Request - designed for report seeking any information regarding graduation lists
• Course Data Request - designed for reports seeking information related to courses offered at CSB/SJU
• Other Data Request - designed to collect consistent information on all other data requests
• Student Schedule Request - request a PDF or Excel copy of your student employee class schedules for a particular semester
