Financial Wellness

What is Financial Wellness?

Financial wellness encompasses many things:  the ability to meet financial obligations (both present and future), creating and maintaining good financial habits, reducing financial stress, identifying and meeting financial goals, and increasing knowledge regarding finances. Essentially, anything that creates a sense of wellbeing surrounding the financial part of your life.

Financial wellness can look different from person to person, depending on their lifestyle and goals.  It is a journey rather than a destination, as financial needs and goals will change over time.
