Emergency Notification System

CSB/SJU uses the Bennie/Johnnie Alert emergency notification system, which will deliver emergency messages to your CSB/SJU/OSB/Prep email address, personal email addresses, cell phone and/or landline phones. (Note that your cell phone provider may charge a per-text message fee for the delivery of emergency notifications to your cell phone if your plan does not allow for texting.)

At this time, you have been enrolled in this program with your CSB/SJU/OSB/Prep email address. If you have a cell phone number listed in the Banner system, this may have been added as well.

We encourage you to log into the Bennie/Johnnie Alert site and add additional contact information for your other email addresses and phone numbers (as well as those of your parents or guardians, spouses, etc., if you so choose).

To manage your Bennie/Johnnie Alerts, please visit: https://www.getrave.com/login/csbsju and log in with your CSB/SJU/OSB/Prep account.

Once logged in, you will be prompted to complete the registration process by agreeing to the Terms of Use. You will also be able to add phone numbers and email addresses, or you can remove your cell phone number if you do not wish to receive text messages. You cannot remove or alter your CSB/SJU/OSB/Prep email address.
