The CSB+SJU Symphonic Band, conducted by Scott Campbell,  is open to any and all wind and percussion players. Designed to accommodate students looking for a lighter commitment level than the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band is a non-auditioned group that rehearses two evenings each week and performs two concerts per semester. The ensemble provides a great opportunity for instrumentalists who love to play to continue making music during their college careers.

The Symphonic Band meets weekly on Monday and Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. in D-040. Interested students may enroll in Symphonic Band by registering for MUSC 230 for 0 or 1 credit. Credits earned through participation in the band fulfill the Fine Arts Requirement.
