AGREEMENTS

The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of reproductions of copyrighted materials. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copy order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law. More information about copyright of objects is available here http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ40.pdf.

Do you understand and agree with this statement?

Please review the following statements and agree to the terms:

While Instructional Technology will make every attempt to successfully print a 3D request, there are limitations to our printers. Certain designs, especially those that are extremely complex or poorly supported may not produce excellent results. As such, we cannot guarantee results with new and unproven designs. If an item is too complex or will not print well, it's recommended to print the object in separate pieces. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-serve priority and time will vary between orders. Please allow up to six weeks for completion.

3D printing is a billable service to compensate for the cost of materials and the total cost will be due at the time the printed object is completed and picked up. Instructional Technology reserves the right to refuse completion of any request as deemed necessary. We will refuse all designs that:

  • Violate copyright or are otherwise illegal to create
  • Resemble weapons or hazardous items
  • Are inappropriate or offensive
  • Are too large for the printer (results in a smaller print)
  • Have a flaw that prevents normal printing operation or interferes with printing mechanisims.
